We collect data on this website because it is technically necessary due to the systems used, partly because you visit our website.

You can find out how we process this data in the information below. For the hosting service, we have concluded an order data processing contract in accordance with Art. 28 et seq. GDPR with the provider, which regulates data protection in the contractual relationship.

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding use. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). We use Instagram to present our wide range of services on the Instagram social media platform. You can access Instagram by clicking on the camera logo on our website. General data transmission when using the above-mentioned social media channels and google maps

All providers mentioned under points a) to d) have server locations in the EU as well as at their headquarters in the USA. It cannot be technically ruled out that your data may also be transferred to the USA, even if it is "only" your IP address. We therefore obtain your consent when you use our website and also inform you of possible data transfers when you visit our social media channels, over which we have no indirect influence. The basis for this decision is Art. 49 GDPR.

7 What we do not want to withhold from you under data protection law
In principle, no data is passed on to third parties. However, there is a restriction already described under point 2:

We use service providers to host the website and we also process emails via a data center. It may happen that our service provider gains knowledge of personal data because it maintains our systems.
